Delivery

• Delivery timeline is 5–7 business days depending on your location and the courier partner.
• We offer delivery services in more than 380 cities across Pakistan.
• For orders of 3 or more products, delivery is free. Orders with less than 3 products or split orders will incur a Rs 200 delivery charge per shipment.
• Shipping charges are displayed separately at checkout.
• Our logistics partners do not operate on Sundays and national holidays. Orders will be delivered on the next working day.
• We make two delivery attempts. Please ensure your address is complete (House No, Street, Area, Nearest Landmark).
• Only accept orders in ZELLBURY branded packaging. Refuse parcels that are opened or tampered with.

Exchange

We hope you love what you've ordered. However, if you're not completely satisfied, the exchange process is simple.

• You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery through the same ZELLBURY outlet from where the order was purchased or dispatched.
• A valid sales invoice is required for all returns or exchanges.
• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging:
  • Unused and unworn
  • Not washed, damaged, or altered
  • Free from stains or odours
  • All tags and labels must be intact
• Exchange or return policy is not applicable on discounted items.
• To initiate a request, contact customer service via our website with item details and reason.

Refund

Most new and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a voucher-based refund.

• Refunds are issued only in the form of store vouchers. Cash refunds are not available.
• A refund may be processed if:
  • The item received does not match the product specifications, or
  • The shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)
• Refunds are not applicable on discounted items and factory outlet purchases.
• Refunds cannot be processed at retail stores.
