If you already have a BaadMay account, choose BaadMay at checkout page and follow these easy steps to complete your payment:

• On the checkout page, select BaadMay as your payment method. You will be redirected to BaadMay’s Web App.
• New users will need to provide their name, phone number, and CNIC. Returning users can log in with their phone number and T-PIN.
• Review your invoice, payment plan, installment amounts, and the dates when payments will be charged. The 1st installment will be paid at the time of purchase.
• Add a credit or debit card as your payment method to proceed.
• Once all the information is correct and reviewed, enter your T-PIN to confirm the payment, and you’re all set to place order!

BaadMay accepts the following types of cards for transactions:

• Cards issued by valid Pakistani banks.
• Visa and Mastercard.

Note:

• Reminders for overdue installments are sent via the BaadMay app to notify customers.
• For information on payments, payment history, or purchase limits, check the "Purchases" tab in the BaadMay app.

• BaadMay provides instant approval for all payments.
• If your payment is declined, check the provided details or contact BaadMay Customer Support for further assistance at BaadMay Customer Support.

• Yes, customers can use both debit and credit cards for the installment plan.

• If your payment is overdue, you will not be able to make any new transactions via BaadMay until the outstanding balance is cleared.

• If your cancellation request is received before the order is dispatched, the amount will be refunded.
• If the order is already dispatched, we will accept your return request, but refunds will not be issued.

• Returns require the sales invoice and original packaging. You can return or exchange faulty products within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags.

• If the customer cancels the order, the service fee is non-refundable.
