Return

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy for our customers.
  • ZELLBURY return policy gives you the option to return the Item through the same outlet it was purchased/dispatched for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customer must have a sales invoice slip & Items must be returned in their original packaging/box unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered with all brand and product labels/tags.
  • The return policy does not apply to discounted products.
  • ZELLBURY will not charge for any returns if the article(s) delivered to you are affected. If the customer wishes to return the article, even if the order was correct, then the customer will bear the expense of sending us the article(s).
  • The Complaint must be registered by contacting Customer Care from our website, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

Exchange

  • ZELLBURY return & exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange items through the same ZELLBURY outlet it was purchased/dispatched for any reason within 30 days of delivery by the customer.
  • Customer must have sales invoice slip & Items must be returned in their original packaging/box unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered with all brand and product labels/tags. 
  • Return or Exchange policy is not applicable on discounted products.
  • The Complaint must be registered by contacting Customer Service from our website, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

 Refund

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full amount of voucher.

A “refund” may only be issued if:

  • Refunds will be initiated only in the form of vouchers only. We do not offer cash refunds.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product. The shipment has been delayed due to force majeure conditions.
  • Refund is not applicable on factory outlets & discounted items.
  • Refunds cannot be issued from our retail stores.
