Extreme temperature changes can also impact the quality of your fragrances. Avoid storing them in areas that experience frequent temperature fluctuations, such as bathrooms or near windows. Opt for a stable environment to preserve the integrity of the scent.

3. Keep the bottles tightly closed

Make sure to always close the bottles tightly after each use. This helps prevent the fragrance from being exposed to air, which can lead to oxidation and degradation of the scent. A tight seal will keep your fragrance fresh for longer.

4. Avoid shaking the bottles

While it may be tempting to shake the fragrance bottle before applying, it is best to avoid doing so. Shaking can introduce air bubbles into the liquid, which may alter the fragrance's composition. Instead, gently roll the bottle between your palms to mix the ingredients.

5. Use fragrance before applying other products

When applying fragrances, it is recommended to do so before using any other products such as lotions, oils, or creams. This allows the fragrance to interact directly with your skin and ensures its longevity. Apply the fragrance to pulse points, such as the wrists and neck, for maximum effect.

6. Avoid spraying directly onto clothing

While it may be tempting to spray fragrance directly onto clothing, it is best to avoid doing so. Some fragrances can stain or discolor fabrics, especially delicate materials. Instead, spray the fragrance onto your skin and let it dry before getting dressed.

7. Rotate your fragrances

To prevent your nose from becoming desensitized to a particular scent, it is beneficial to rotate your fragrances. Switching between different scents allows you to fully appreciate each one and prevents olfactory fatigue. Plus, it adds variety to your fragrance collection!

Delivery

• Delivery timeline is 5-7 business days depending on your location and the courier partner.
• We offer delivery services in more than 380 cities across Pakistan.
• For orders of 3 or more products, delivery is free. Orders with less than 3 products or split orders will incur a Rs 200 delivery charge each.
• Shipping charges are displayed separately on the check-out page.
• Our logistics partners do not operate on Sundays and National Holidays. Orders will be shipped and delivered next working day.
• We make two delivery attempts; please ensure your address is complete (House No, Street, Area, and Nearest Landmark)
• Only accept orders that appear in ZELLBURY branded flyers & refuse those that are opened or tampered with.

Exchange

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy for our customers

• ZELLBURY return & exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange items through the same ZELLBURY outlet it was purchased/dispatched for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
• Customer must have sales invoice slip & the product must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn, washed, damaged, altered, or have stains, odor, or missing labels/tags.
• Return or Exchange policy is not applicable on discounted products.
• The complaint must be registered by contacting customer service from our website, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

Refund

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full amount of voucher.

A “refund” may only be issued if:

• Refunds will be initiated only in the form of vouchers only. We do not offer cash refunds.
• The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product. The shipment has been delayed due to force majeure conditions.
• Refund is not applicable on factory outlets & discounted items.
• Refunds cannot be issued from our retail stores.
